T. A. Marryshow Community College (TAMCC) aims to provide accessible quality educational and training opportunities to help individuals achieve their personal and professional goals and to cater to the changing needs of the labour market in our developing society. Their curricula are designed to challenge and nurture the intellectual growth of our students while preparing them for a career immediately upon graduation. They believe in a holistic approach to education and have created a learning environment that offers many opportunities for growth intellectually as well as socially. Their extensive General Education curriculum enables the students to explore fully the richness of the humanities, cultural studies, modern languages, environmental studies, social skills, information technology, science, arts, and social sciences. they constantly improve their curricula in accordance with contemporary knowledge, and ensure the adherence of the mission and vision of TAMCC.

St. George's University - Over three decades ago St. George’s University was founded as a School of Medicine. Since that time the University has added a School of Veterinary Medicine and School Arts and Sciences which includes an internationally focused MBA program.Today, nearly 8,000 doctors and more than 700 other SGU graduates have taken the St. George’s University philosophy of global education and applied their education around the world.
The primary function of the School of Medicine is twofold:
1. To provide a medical curriculum designed to prepare highly competent students with:
- The intellectual and technical expertise necessary for the practice of medicine in the public and private sectors.
- The skills essential for expanding upon and improving existing health care delivery systems.
- The desire to pursue a lifetime of growth within the medical profession to better serve both the public and the profession, and to promote the highest ideals of the medical profession.
2. To improve the health care standards and delivery systems in Grenada, the greater Caribbean, and other developing nations through educational and service programs, including the Grenadian Scholarship Program.

The curriculum is not merely a collection of courses; it is a series of integrated educational experiences that facilitate growth toward a specified goal. These experiences develop the students’ capacity for self-directed and self-motivated learning that will continue throughout a lifetime as a practicing physician.
