About the House Plan
The Affordable Curb Appeal is the first in a series of home designs which focuses on ease of construction and a variety of pleasing elevation options that add individuality to each project. This home design works well on deeper lots with narrow frontage. The common living spaces in this house are very spacious and open while the sleeping areas are more private. The co-location and close proximity of the bedrooms make this design a great fit for a young family. This plan has three large bedrooms and two full baths which provide comfortable living accommodations for a family of 2 to 5.
First Floor
This single floored plan is a great example of flow and efficiency. Its classic front porch adds significant curb appeal, while its open kitchen and combined Living\Dining room speaks to the tastes of today’s family. The back porch creates a feeling of grand space and allows for indoor\outdoor living activities. The bedrooms with their mix of close relative proximity, seclusion from the noise of the family spaces, and individual privacy are great for a young or growing family.
